Company Policy

Our company policy is to assist to the best of our ability where we can. We are always more than willing to accommodate a request / query within a reasonable amount of time. But unfortunately if we are notified or asked after 1 calendar month we will most likely be unable to assist. This will be judged on a case-by case situation depending on the request made.


Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require your purchase reference.

 

What Is The Cost Of Returns?

There is a fee of R198 (R99 + R99) that is payable by the customer if we need to collect the item and deliver the exchanged item to you. You are also more than welcome to make use of your own courier. Please make sure you choose the correct size for bracelets or rings by measuring your wrist or finger correctly according to our measurement charts that is available on every bracelet or ring product page.

How Do I Return?

  • Send an email with a photo of the item or items that you wish to return to orders@razieldesigns.co.za
  • An email will be sent with the next steps for the return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and paid into your bank account via EFT as an instant payment.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@razieldesigns.co.za and send an email will be sent to you with instructions for the exchange. We will only send you the new item if we received the exchange item from you.
We do NOT offer free returns, the courier cost will be for the customer's account as we do have measuring charts so that you can choose the correct size to avoid any exchanges.


Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
