Shipping policy

ALL OUR ITEMS ARE IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP!

1. Free Shipping – You will enjoy FREE shipping when you spend a R999 or more on our website. Delivery time, 1 - 3 business days.
2. Average Delivery Time - Our average delivery time is one business day to our clients in Gauteng, and between 1 and 2 days to the rest of the country. Flat Rate of R110 for courier via Courier Guy.
3. Own Courier - If you choose to use your own courier we will send out an email as soon as the parcel is ready for pickup - please provide us with the waybill as soon as you have booked your courier in order for us to attach this to your parcel to ensure the parcel follows the correct chain of possession.

** For custom items please add 1-2 business days extra to the standard shipping timeframe.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY: Dispatching of items will happen once we have received your full payment. From receipt of payment, dispatch will happen the same day if it is before 12:00 pm, after that it will be dispatched the next business day, during special occasions such as Christmas season and Valentine’s Day this may be extended by one business day due to the high volume of orders. For custom items please add 1-2 business days extra to the standard shipping timeframe. 

NB** Please take note, due to the increase in fraudulent EFT proof of payments, we will NO longer send out parcels before we have received the money in our bank account. (This only applies if you choose bank transfer payment option at checkout) **

PUBLIC HOLIDAY: Please note, that orders will not be processed, dispatched or delivered on a public holiday in South Africa. Public holidays will delay the delivery of your order by at least one day.

TRACKING NUMBER

Tracking numbers will be emailed to our customers once we have handed your package over for delivery.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Please note that our courier company is not able to deliver to P.O Boxes. We will also not be held responsible for incorrect delivery details supplied when checking out. Please note that if you select our courier option, somebody will need to sign for the parcel.

CONDITION OF GOODS

Raziel Designs will supply all goods to the Courier Guy in good order. You may request for us to take a picture (which will be date stamped) of your items before they are sealed in their final packaging, but cannot ensure that the goods arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same good order and thus do not take responsibility for damage to items during transit.
