If you're on the hunt for a specific item not currently in our stocked collection, secure it in advance through our pre-order service. Our pre-order process is designed for your ease and convenience.

Here's how it works: Pre-orders are grouped and sent to our supplier on the 7th of each month, ensuring fairness and efficiency for all our customers. Once you place your pre-order, anticipate receiving your jewelry within 2-3 weeks from the order date with our supplier.

Stay updated every step of the way! We'll keep you informed with timely notifications for each pre-ordered item. From the moment you place your order, through its shipment from our supplier, the expected arrival date, and its availability in our store, you'll receive updates to guarantee a seamless and satisfying experience.

For all pre-orders, a separate invoice will be issued for a 50% deposit. The deposit must be paid by the 3rd of the month. No pre-order will be confirmed without the receipt of the 50% deposit. Once the invoice is settled, your pre-order item will be placed with our supplier. Your next invoice for the remaining 50% will follow. Please note, no order will be dispatched until the full amount is received by Raziel Designs.
